The Dardouma Family brand is an exemplary family pasta laboratory, which produces a wide variety of handmade trahana and pasta. The production and standardization site is located in Southern Evia, Central Greece.
Although founded in 2008, The Dardouma Family brand has 100 years of experience in handmade pasta. The tradition was passed on from generation to generation and today the dream of Grandma Maria is represented by her grandsons , brothers John & Evangelos Mallios.
In keeping with the Mediterranean Diet, the brothers provide, with the outmost respect to the modern consumer, meals of high nutritional value free of preservatives, pigments and artificial flavors.
Production is strictly controlled at all stages complying with the food safety standards.
